    I discovered though an emailed credit alert from the reporting agency that I had a charge off from ***** financial. I immediately called Ally customer service on 9/28/23 to investigate how this could be possible. The customer service representative told me the vehicle was never turn into them. I explained to the customer service rep. the vehicle was returned to Denton Dodge dealership over a year and half ago. **** advised me to go speak with the dealership. I went to the dealership on 10/2/23 and spoke with ********************* the General Manager. He searched the leasing information and could not find anything. He asked me for the Vin Number, but I did not have the information on hand. I told him I had the documentation at home and would email him the information. The next day I emailed him the information and he called me back within an hour telling me that the vehicle was in preowned lot. I requested that he send the information provided through email and he honored my request. I spoke with ****'s and requested that they delete the charge off from my credit report. But they stated the dealership would not provide a date that the vehicle appeared at the dealership, therefore they could not remove the charge off. I emailed ****** and asked for support to help remove the charge off and he never responded back until I mentioned legal matter. He claimed he tried calling ****'s twice but could get through to them. I spoke with ****'s on 5/22/23 and they reached out for the second time to the dealership, and they stated again they do not have a date the vehicle appeared on the lot. I do have an email from ****** stating the vehicle was there "for some time" and if that was the case why did they return the vehicle?

    At 10K miles I had an engine light come on and was out of town. So i stopped into a dealership and they read the code told me it was ok to drive home. I drove back to ****** and went to the dealership I had just bought the truck from for repair, Denton Chrysler, Ram... They told me that the light had to be on. It had gone out that morning. I said a dealership did see the light and gave me a printout reflecting the codes. I was told that this dealership has to see it and i was shewed away. The light would come on and off. I could never get it in. Finely I managed to get the truck in and was told it will take many days to fix it. I told her thats ok ill take a loaner truck. She said it was out and we agreed she would call and set up a time for me to bring in my truck. I waited a month and no call. So today i go in and was told by ****** that *****, his boss, said we do not have loaner cars. I was told during this mess and when I bought my truck that they would give me a loaner truck if mine has maintenance. ****** said that they sold the company and they have new owners. They do not honor what I was told. I am not suprised. One time it took 2 days to get my oil changed. Plus they changed my oil another time without asking. I had just changed the oil and used top of the line oil and ******. Only got a few miles out of an oil change. Looks like they lie and cheat their customers. I will not say anything positive about this dealership and will never buy from them again.
