    I purchased a vehicle in January and when I purchased the vehicle the Mazda Service warranty and Mazda Maintenance were added to my purchase without my consent. When I noticed this 2 days after reviewing my paperwork since the final total seemed high I immediately contacted Mazda Denton and notified them these services were never discussed with me and added against my knowledge. They stated they would remove them from the date of my purchase and they sent me some documents to sign to request the removal. I was told it would take 2-3 months for the credit to show to my loan. I called in April to check on the status since no credit was showing up and I was told that the paperwork was filed with the wrong warranty company. I made numerous attempts to reach the dealership for correct warranty information until I had to escalate to a manager. The manager said he had his finance representative correct the issue and they sent me a new cancelation request to acknowledge. I acknowledged the request same day, back in April and we are now in September and still no credit to my account. i have emailed the finance rep that was supposed to correct it and no response and sent a message to the manager that was helping me and also no response. I need assistance with these warranties being cancelled and backdated and getting my credit to my account. These were added to my contract without my knowledge and with dishonest sales tactics as I agreed to two other services and these other were never mentioned to me nor would I have agreed to them and when I called to tell the finance rep he never mentioned those services to me and they should not have been added he acted as if it was no big deal and standard when we are talking a $3000 price tag between both.
