              The team that arrived first to remove old insulation seemed inexperienced. They took 2 hours to set up. I had to watch them carefully and give direction on how to access attic area. A supervisor arrived after 2 hours and seemed much more knowledgeable. The sanitation and refill of the new blow in insulation was good. The supervisor was friendly.
