Got a truck with them May 20th of 2022 been making payments 630 a month have been having issues with this truck for the past 5 months in and out of the shop something new each time. They refuse to let me trade in my vehicle do to the fact that I havent payed them enough money there is always a new issue after they fix the last one and Im pretty sure I got a lemon. 2016 dodge ram pickup truck. The guy that fixes the vehicles (*****) has been super disrespectful to my wife every time she asks about it being fixed, and he has blamed us for the truck having issues. About a month and a half ago (July 26th) we brought the truck in and they said we had a hole in the radiator, cost a little over 100 to fix. Our truck is currently in the shop now (September 19th) they had to tow it in (got towed September 14th) but it sat outside a gas station because they forgot to tell theyre tow guy to get it for a day/night. They told us we have multiple issues wrong with, to make it short and sweet our front end was about to fall out. My wife was driving at the time when it happened and the breaks completely went out on us. They had no remorse for us whatsoever and again tried to blame the issue on us. They are now trying to charge us ***************************************************************************** We would simply just like our money back if they will not let us get something safe to drive.Business response

Below are the records of the repairs performed on his vehicle.
On March 6th 2023 buyers wife brought the vehicle in to get it looked at for a message on the dash. We looked for codes but no issue found and did not charge for diagnostics.
On May 2nd, he informed us about a check engine light. We promptly scheduled the vehicle for service in our ****************** and provided him with a loaner vehicle to use during the ***** day waiting period for some required parts. When he picked up his vehicle on May 17th, we also covered his $100 deductible, ensuring that he owed nothing.
He contacted us again on June 28th regarding a malfunctioning turn signal. Our Service Advisor quickly identified that it was a simple fixa burnt-out bulb.
Approximately a month later, he encountered another issue. Some components were covered under warranty, such as the radiator, while others, such as a radiator hose, belt, and thermostat, were considered wear-and-tear items and not covered. Once again, we assisted him by covering his $100 deductible. However, we left the decision regarding payment for the other items up to him. He chose to pay for the hose replacement but not the thermostat.
His most recent problem pertains to the hub bearing. We arranged for the vehicle to be collected and brought to our shop, although it took a few days to arrange this. Once in our ******************, our technicians diagnosed the issues, submitted a claim to the warranty company, and we covered the costs of any items not covered by the warranty upfront, enabling him to expedite the repairs. He agreed to repay us for these costs as a side note, interest-free.The repairs were completed, and the customer retrieved the vehicle from our ******************.
When ************ acquired his vehicle from us, it came with a 36-month or 48,000-mile limited warranty included. We provide this coverage because we understand that used vehicles may require servicing, and we aim to assist customers should such situations arise. On one occasion, we even provided him with a loaner vehicle at no cost. Additionally, it appears that we covered his $100 warranty deductible on two occasions.
As of now, ************ has not paid down the balance sufficiently during the 1 year and 4 months of owning the vehicle to enable a trade-in. We hope that he won't encounter any further service needs, but if he does, he can rely on the remainder of his warranty for assistance.Initial Complaint

I purchased a vehicle on 9/25/2022 and have been having issues with the car ever since. The bumper has been falling off since after I purchased it looks as if had been glued on but on 9/25 I was driving to work when the entire bumper went under the vehicle and I had to hurry and exit the freeway. Also not sure why the bumper is coming off because the car fax states it has not been any accidents. I have contacted them and was told it would be fixed but none of the shops they use can get to it fast enough or can't tell me when they can. The key does not unlock or lock the doors and the driver door suddenly no longer opens. The car is not catching speed as it seems there may be something wrong with the transmission but not sure. Nobody has returned any of my calls nor has my issue been resolved. Yet, they are wanting me to make payments on time but I'm unable to get them to fix my vehicle in a timely manner. The vehicle does have a warranty and I was told by Nick the manager that everything would be taken care of but it has not.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/10/27) */ Mrs. ******* called in wanting to get her vehicle fixed. We gave her the name of two shops we recommend that would be close to her to take it to. She has a warranty on the vehicle, all she needs to do is get it to a shop and have them look at it. When she bought the vehicle we printed out the CarFax history for her and it showed no wrecks. I have added pictures of the vehicle right after it came out of the detail shop and bumper looks normal. She says that none of the shops we use are fast enough for her. We called her on 10.27.22 to let her know she is welcome to take it to any shop and her shop can work directly with the warranty company to get her vehicle looked at. She just needs to get it to a good repair shop. Consumer Response /* (3000, 12, 2022/11/07) */ They business did respond however they failed to do any repairs to the vehicle and are wanting me to pay for damages that were already done to the car. I have been contacting them about these issues since the first week I bought the vehicle. The bumper fell off I'm assuming while I was driving and I didn't notice so I don't know where it is. They knew these were problems I was having beforehand and now don't want to be responsible for fixing them. I am out of money and have missed several days from work due to this issue. They want me to get my possessions out of the vehicle and don't want to pay but clearly responded to this complaint saying that they would. I would like to know how to proceed with this, and I am also going to file something under the lemon law because this is unacceptable. Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2022/11/17) */ We have customers vehicle in our shop and we are working with the customer to resolve her issues.
