e not getting that van back anytime soon. To which I replied, for what reason?! You guys have already had time to look at it and fix it three-four times! This is when he told me (the same service department that initially had the van, then diagnosed it 6/17, 6/19, 6/21, and then 7/9) they had discovered, axles blown. What? How could you miss a blown axle? Well, that wasnt all they missed he sent me a report of all the things that needed to be done and wasnt sure if it would be covered. I fought with management to get to the right person to cover their issues and they agreed to fix PART of it. the other items that this same service department discovered (each time with new items) would not be covered. We asked that they fix all of the items they agreed to cover and we would take it up with our attorney. They kept the van another FIVE DAYS. 7/16 Picked up the van after hours. The van was having the EXACT SAME ISSUES. Not to mention, FILTHY! The steering wheel, window, windshield, inside door panel. All covered in grease. 7/21 oil change light came on. 7/24 dropped the van off for diagnostic at a reputable shop in my town and received a report for $5000 worth of work that this van requires. All pre-existing and not covered by our extended warranty. All obvious. All known issues by this dealership. I sent the report to the general manager as well as the sales person we purchased the van from. Called the manager and waited on hold. Got to talk to him and he said it was out of his hands and to talk to service. The same service who told me it was up to the manager to have these items covered. I am livid and waiting for a response. If this is not covered 100% by the dealership, a suit will be filed accordingly.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction following a recent interaction with your sales team, which raised serious concerns regarding the professionalism and customer service standards at your establishment. On initiating a telephone inquiry about a vehicle from ********, I was greeted not with the expected professionalism, but with laughter from the sales manager who answered my call. This individual, who seemed to be under the influence of alcohol, displayed an appalling lack of decorum and respect. Laughing continuously, he proceeded to address my questions with what can only be described as a dismissive and mocking tone, severely compromising the quality of customer service expected from a reputable dealership.Adding to the unprofessionalism, after a brief and unsettling conversation, he mentioned that he would need to consult with his supervisor and subsequently placed me on an extended hold. This pause in service did not culminate in a resolution or continuity in our conversation, but rather in another representative answering the call, seemingly oblivious to my prior interaction and requiring me to start over entirely. This experience has left me with considerable reservations about the operational standards and the caliber of staff employed at your dealership. It is unacceptable for any customer to face such blatant disrespect and ineptitude, particularly when considering a significant purchase such as a vehicle.I urge you to address these concerns with the seriousness they warrant. An investigation into this matter and appropriate measures should be taken to ensure that future interactions reflect the professionalism and customer service one would expect from your dealership. Failing to address such issues undermines customer trust and the reputation of your business. Please consider this a critical feedback intended to highlight areas that drastically require your attention and improvement

Unethical and Unprofessional. Never again, ****** learned! So I bought a *** from this stupid place, and oh boy do I regret it. The car had check engine light on when I test drove it. They said they would take care of it, I finally was able to get it a week later apparently fixed. Didnt get fixed right, 2 days later I took it back for the same issue. Left the car for over a week. When I picked it up of course the engine light was off but guess what. A week later here I go again. Same issue, this car was at least 85% of the time there than with me. Take in mind this car was bought in August, September 3 times at the shop, each time they kept it for over a week. Oct, 2 times, November was ok, maybe once was taken for the same thing. Finally November 30 2023, light came back on. Took to the shop AGAIN and they were trying to charge me over 3k for a PIECE OF S*** CAR they sold me. When I was signing the contract I was told I had several types of warranty. Come to realize I had NONE not even the *** which they explained to me what it was for. Come to find out they didnt even added *** either. This place should be PERMANENTLY CLOSED so they wont be able to SCAM PEOPLE. They are pretty good at SCAMMING innocent people who they think dont know any better. I will go to court if I have too and prove that what they are doing is completely unethical and unprofessional. This was the first place Ive seen how cars get sold at this place is by their website so buyers can see them online only not in person. No physically walk around the car dealers like real dealers let you do before buying. **** NEVER IN MY LIFE BUY FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGIAN. Please be careful of SIGN IT DRIVE IT, stay AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Less than one star. Just bought a car from them. The next rain we found that the windshield leaks in to the car. The sign it drive it service department found that yes the windshield leaks. Sing It Drive It service and sales said that since we didn't catch it on our test drive (which was a nice sunny day) we are completely responsible for all repairs and damage. DO NOT BUY from them!!!!!

No stars. I bought a $60k Tahoe and was told that it was in immaculate shape. After sitting at the "dealership" for hours waiting on them to do paperwork for the purchase, they let me test drive it. Immediately I noticed the shocks and struts we completely busted. So I drove it to a nearby ***** dealership for verification but the wait was too long. When I took it back after the test drive, they gas lighted me. Even tried to show me a history report that was supposedly clear. (no accidents and everything serviced) and that all the ***** SUVs ride like that. Most horrible trip home ever!!!Needles to say in a matter of a couple days more and more evidence of the vehicle being in an accident from a previous owner started to surface. Sign it drive it obviously covered it up and tried to clean it up nice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! It has been one thing after another with this truck. Please take your own mechanic or someone who knows about cars when you go there. They will lie and rip you off after wasting a whole day of your time

I had visited the dealer to see a 2020 Sierra 1500, the deal was signed a price agreed on, but the bank was closed so I agreed to co.e and finish the paperwork the next Friday because I lived almost 2hrs away. Now and been emailed and texted by them all week co firming my return. Come that next Friday, I called my bank and Sign it Drive it and had all my bases covered and was arriving a day early, the finance manager calls me when I was 5min. from the location to tell me the truck went up in price $1k and the deal we had signed was no good. My advise is do not pur have from this dealer, these actions and lack of. Customer service is a sign of bad business and Ingredience for a good reason for buyers remorse.
