Claim#**-3258428 progressive insurance Basically I filed a claim on my car for hail damage they sent me a check i initially was going to use his services the body shop man offered to cash it and give me my money so now he wants to keep the money and making me bring my car to his shop and he has not given me a qoute on anything he is being very rude mean short and arrogant and bullying me when i ask for the claim money back i didnt authorize him to to take possession of my funds and i believe this was a scam because someone else solicited his service to me to get me to use his repair service so they were both in on it to get my money. i contacted progressive claim adjuster about this matter and could she get the bank to stop payment or get the bank to return the funds to progressivee she basically said there is nothing she can do to assist me since he cashed the check,I ASKED HER IS IT AGAINST THE *** FOR HIM TO CASH A CHECK&TAKE MY MONEY WITHOUT the custmer agreeing on the service charge and DOING THE WORK FIRST ,I don't want to use his shop services i changed my mind because i feel i have been scammed he inotially used someone to bring me in and took over my claim with the adjuster I DIONT WANT TO USE HIS SERVICES so I don't even know what to do,he has basically taken my money and forcing me to use his services and refuse to return my money to me
