Wednesday August 4th 2021, I spoke with Lauren and advised that I had an A/C window unit that needed repaired. Lauren advised me of the trip trip and Diagnostics charge $168.00. Two drivers came and picked up unit same day, I paid $168 cash, gave the man a $12 tip for something to drink, it was so hot outside, I also gave him two Milo's Lemonade Drinks, ask for a receipt since it was cash, he said they would email it to me. I had advised Lauren that my home warranty company required a receipt for charges and diagnostics, received a call from Katherine asking that I complete a review and was advised that I would get the Invoice and diagnostics this was on August 5th, spoke again to Katherine on August 6th, waiting on someone to come in office, spoke again, advised she did not know why he did not send it, state she would send it, still nothing, left message with answering service on Saturday. I paid $168 , need this to get home warrant to replace unit, we are under a heat alertBusiness response

I have everything I need from Elstonaire and I am extremely satisfied with their service and the response. Thank you. ******** ********
