            O stars This is the absolutely worst hotel experience I ever had.The front desk lady and supervisors can ********** **** .Me and my 4 daughters ages from 4,7,9,12 were kicked out due to us asking to speak with a supervisor.1st night there we seen roaches so we asked to switch rooms. we had to wait for a room to be available.so when we got into the new room it smelled like it was **** smeared all on the walls ,floors every where,we were literally gagging . I tried using the room phone that didn't even work.so finally after getting enough energy to walk back down to tell them this room smelled like **** .I was told i either could leave without a refund or stay .Longstory short 10 mins later My 4 daughters and I was being escorted out by 3 policemen, the front desk lady lied In said she was threatened ....y'all please save your coins we were only here to seek shelter due to bad weather.This place is by far the worst.not sure why it's rated in the 4s must be the manager leaving fake reviews . Total the room was $ 1 stayed one night with the roaches and kicked out the next day

            If I could give this hotel a negative star I would. The front end staff was extremely verbally abusive to my employees throughout their stay. When asked in person for a manager they claimed that they were upstairs and were not coming downstairs to answer any questions. When trying to get a room key reswiped because it wasnt working they were asked if they were stupid and was again verbally abused with multiple profanities. We called the hotel today and asked for a manager and were told that there were no managers in and when asked if I could leave my phone number for a return call I was hung up on. This is a horrible hotel and needs to be fixed!
