If I could give this hotel a negative star I would. The front end staff was extremely verbally abusive to my employees throughout their stay. When asked in person for a manager they claimed that they were upstairs and were not coming downstairs to answer any questions. When trying to get a room key reswiped because it wasnt working they were asked if they were stupid and was again verbally abused with multiple profanities. We called the hotel today and asked for a manager and were told that there were no managers in and when asked if I could leave my phone number for a return call I was hung up on. This is a horrible hotel and needs to be fixed!

When we got to the hotel it looked very nice on the outside as well as the inside. I paid $230.41 upfront before reviewing the room. My daughter and I got into the room it looked nice and spacious. We didn't stay long because we left, so so far so good. The problem started when we came back to the room after dinner. We got ready for bed and everything was fine until I felt myself scratching myself extremely hard in my sleep. I finally woke up at 5:48 am and noticed I had two bumps on my left wrist that merged into one huge itchy bump. Another on my left upper arm on the backside. I also had three more right by the crease of my right forearm that merged into one huge lump. I did not see anything besides that so I laid back down. I couldn't go back to sleep and while I was watching a show on my laptop I noticed something dark crawling on the inside of the sheet out of the corner of my eye. I flipped the covers back, turned on the light, and saw the bed bug. So I woke my child up and told her to get out of bed. I got us dressed and I went downstairs to the lobby to report it. She said I wasn't able to get my money back due to it being the next day after I had told her what happened and the times. I was only able to get my money back for the night I did not stay. I was not compensated with another room or a full refund for the inconvenience. I noticed after I had gotten bitten that I have been having problems with basic motor skills of my left arm. It hurts to raise my arm, lay on my arm, and make a closed fist. I went to the doctor and it's pretty much nothing they can do but give me a cream and or some anti-itch medication due to my pregnancy, and let it take its course. I am allergic to the bed bug bite.
