On July,14,2022 Took my Ford ,F150 to Have Ac service was told needed a compresser brought it took Truck back on Monday 16,2022 8:00 left truck at 5:30 came to get truck pay 182.00 drove off truck was blow hot air call to bring it back was told to bring it back onthe July,182022at 8:00 brought back went to pick was told need condense it was leaking told to get and come back on July,20,2022 at 8:00 came pick up and was told we need another compress ask for a refund because we brought all of the parts and can get money back and still no Ac and spoke with Manager and was given the owner number still problem not solved I recommend them be put on the bad business listBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/08/20) */ Customer came in for an a/c check. The customer was advised that the compressor on The vehicle was no good.. In effort on saving the customer some money, we allowed them to bring there own parts. Customer returned with a used part that did not work once Installed. Cust was advised and then a refund was asked from us.. the labor was done correctly, but still, the air conditioning didn't work due to defected parts that the customers brought Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/08/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Due to the fax they had me to get compresser and then said it wasn't the compresser it was the condenser went and got condenser and then said it's the compresser again they told me to buy it use they could have told me that I needed new parts instead they had me to buy a part at junk yard and then they never put the part on to see what i really need after having it all day and not respond to me after they supposed to had check it out so thats why i ask for refund because i paid with understanding it would be fix annd the parts couldn't be refund after i brought them
