The most HORRIFIC funeral experience I've ever witness! Unfortunately this funeral service did the arrangements for my father(not my siblings(2) and I choice). Allowed my father's sister and a girlfriend(NOT NEXT TO KIN) to make complete arrangements for my father! Unbeknowpnst to my sisters and I, whom were waiting to hear back from the aunt; find out 3days after our father passed, that arrangements where made. We were completely CUT-OUT(AS NEXT TO KIN). Upon leashing out over social media, out of hurt and angry of receiving date and time of my father's service(once again, Unbeknownst to my sisters and i (next to kin). We were then, offered to come into this business, for the 1st time to ONLY "ADD TO THE OBITUARY",PAY MORE MONEY(because 1 of 2 of the insurance policies were max out by the sister) TO ADD-TO/REARRANGE THE SERVICES CHOOSEN BY HIS SISTER AND GIRLFRIEND! Upon our refusal to do so, my sisters and I were then each served AFFIDAVITS (to release our rights to our father's remains to a cousin, to whom were a family friend) FROM THIS FUNERAL SERVICE!..We refused and 2 of us released our rights to our other sibling. Who went to the funeral home for the 1st time to look over the arrangements made by the sister! His sister was the beneficiary over 2 policies that my sisters and i paid for an extended amount of time. After reviewing the shared info from our sibling, of her findings, came more grief. Sadly,his sister only gave him a wake, no funeral and picked the cheapest package. By doing so, she was able to pocket $$$ the 2nd policy and refused to release the 2nd policy to the funeral home for usage forward my sisters and I giving our father the arrangement that we invisioned upon him passing💔...this all resulted in my sisters and I not attending our father arrangements😭..and now 1 year later, he still doesn't have a tombstone!...FOREVER 💔
