On Sept. 20, 2021 I contacted **************************** about a leak from my AC that was destroying my floor and baseboards. They assigned me to ****** Plumbers who came out days later ($75) and said they couldn't repair the problem. They contacted *** who in turn sent out ******** Plumbing who said that it was a drain problem and they couldn't either. *** then sent out Discount Drain. Two young men came out, looked around and decided that the problem was underneath my home. They referred me to a middle man that would handle everything with my insurance company ***** for cost. Days later he tells me that I don't have the coverage that I need. He then sends me a link to a finance company to apply with in order to get the work done. He tells me the cost is going to be $14,200.00. I'm thinking what???!!! I have been told since then that this is the way this group works. Anyway I applied but didn't hear anything back. I came home one afternoon to see my bush dug up and a guy standing in a hole in my yard. I made numerous calls and left messages to Anthony with no return call. When I did talk to him he referred me to Myranda. She never answered her phone either. Days went on. A couple of days after the job was quote unquote completed Myranda began to call asking me to sign the contract for payment that she had emailed me. I said "so I was approved for financing?" She said "Yes!" She asked for my driver's license number, for what?!!I I asked why wasn't I notified? What if I wanted to get some quotes from other companies? She had no answer. I had a family emergency come up and had to leave town. Myranda had made numerous calls wanting me to sign the contract. I couldn't get any return calls before but now I'm getting calls from Myranda, Anthony and Nic. There's so much more but I only have so much space. I emailed Myranda and said that I will sign the contract Tuesday. I think I should have been asked whether or not I wanted to hire them Please help!!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 14, 2022/05/13) */ ***Document Attached*** To whom it may concern, Hello on the issues regarding this customer we had a written agreement with the customer to help them do an Insurance Claim. If the insurance didn't cover the claim the customer said they are willing to do Financing. We even pulled a "City Permit" for everyone's protection and peace of mind. The insurance company didn't cover the work we did although we received a "Green Tag" from the city for out work completed. The customer "Ms *********" was trying EVERYTHING to get out of doing the financing to pay us so Office lady Myranda ****** started our collection process. The customer FINALLY wises up and completes the Financing (in which she initially agreed to) and completed the financing. This was just another case of a customer not wanting to pay for services rendered.
