    Like the previous reviews, our company ordered one bench from Wabash Valley (now called ********** ***** back in July 2022 and our credit card was charged immediately for the amount of $2,053.41. I write this now in late August of 2023 and still have not received the bench that I had ordered. I had been in contact via email with a representative from Wabash Valley from October 2022 to April 2023 who kept pushing my delivery date blaming it on "re-rolling their schedule so orders have been pushed back". I have patiently waited for the product to be delivered on the last shipping date they gave me of August 16, 2023. Once I realized that my order had not shipped on this date, I tried to contact this representative who apparently is no longer with the Wabash ******. I emailed the general address that was sent to me and a representative from ********** **** responded saying that "This order has not been released into production due to lack of payment. If payment has been made, please send us proof of payment and I will talk to management to see what can be done over this order". Are you kidding me!!?? Of course, I sent him my credit card billing statement showing proof of payment as well as a screen shot of the on-line order confirmation. I have now emailed this guy twice with no response and have also emailed the general "orders" email with no response whatsoever. We are a construction contractor who needs this bench to be installed in order to close out our client's job. My next step is to try and get a hold of corporate, although the previous reviews are saying that they are not getting a response from corporate either. I guess my next step will be to contact my bank and file a claim against this charge if I cannot get a response from this shady company.
