My truck had paint and body work done by Gay 9 ago. At the time the employee that no longer works there told me that i had lifetime warranty on their work. I have brought my truck back several times to get things fixed with no issues. The latest was in 2020 to have rust on the roof of my truck fixed. The issues were fixed with no issues. And even a new employee then that i never delt with before. That employee is no longer there now again. but they put over spray paint all over the front of truck and tops of doors. I contacted them and brought my truck back to have the over spray removed. Shortly after my hoods clear coat started fading and peeling. Didn't bring back due to covid and the dealer had no loaners. And I was told had lifetime warranty so i was in no hurry. I bring it back this year and i am told they do not have lifetime warranty it is only 3-year warranty. And they will not cover the paint hood paint issues because they do not know who told me i had lifetime warranty. and nowhere in any of their paperwork does it mention anything about warranty terms. The work they did on my roof the clear coat is peeling on it also and the rust on roof is back. I asked to have that covered under warranty since it is now a 3-year warranty the roof work was done less then 3 years ago. Have emails communicating with service dept that I have forwarded to them showing time and date. They said i needed my paperwork from the work and they would warranty the roof issues. I do not have my paperwork just emails back and forth with the employee that does not work there. They should have all the info and work that was done on the truck on file in their system from over the years. They tried blaming the clear coat issues on weather but only spots with issues are where the over spray they removed is. I have not received any response from the collision manager or the service manager on fixing the work they have done to my truck and possible issues in the paint they caused.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.
I Called Shawn R**** back on his cell phone number that he provided to call back on. He did not answer, and I left a voice mail that same day. My phone call has not been returned.
