Still waiting to get a call regarding money Gay GMC owes me for extended warranty on a truck I purchased from them and recently sold. I have left close to 10 messages, emailed and chatted via the website. No response. Non-existent after the sale service with Gay GMC.

Called and left a message for customer explaining that this was first I heard he was canceling his policy but to give me a call and I will get it handled for him.

We bought a SUV and the person sailing the ext warranty was extra very nice cause he doing business, but when we want cancel the ext warranty he was rude and he didn't do nothing to cancel I have to do it by my self. This business need to be more professional, hope you don't deal whit this people

I bought a used truck From here about 2 1/2 weeks ago, then the back up camera started having issues and they sold me the extended warranty so I took it to ********** Toyota off of Gulf Freeway and the warranty company denied the claim because the back up camera is aftermarket and wires had been cut and spliced into the harness etc. The wiring looks messy and a rats nest of wires with electrical tape. ********** Toyota told me that it would be $1900 to fix the system and return it to factory original OEM parts. This dealer gay Buick GMC did not want to correct the issue correctly and or they are too cheap to pay the costs. They instead “fixed” it (patch it / temporary bandaid) by sending the truck to moving in stereo by Mark *********. I feel like this is a small town dealer and they feel like they can do whatever they want and abuse the customer and not pay for the correct items to be installed. This is not a proper way to conduct business and/or customer service. I have always bought vehicles from ********** and I know that they will treat me right and put the correct parts in and any issue they will handle it appropriately. I made a mistake by coming to this dealer and they honestly feel like a buy here pay here type of dealer. They are too cheap to do things professionally. How would they sell me an extended fully bumper-to-bumper warranty knowing that they had an aftermarket parts on a truck and I was not advised of this. Then when I go to make a claim using the warranty that they sold me it doesn’t get approved because the vehicle did not have the correct factory parts. Beyond ridiculous!!

The aftermarket camera was installed prior to the sale of the vehicle because it was traded in without one. . That’s why we had the installer repair it when you informed us there was an issue. If you are still having problems with it please let us know.
