THIS IS THE SECOND TIME MY HUSBAND GETS HIS VEHICLE TOWED IN OUR COMPLEX BY GRIZZLY TOWING COMPANY !! WE ARE SO LIVID! THE FIRST TIME WE DIDNT GET OUR PARKING PERMITS AND WERENT NOTIFED BY THE OFFICE TO PARK IN THE VISTORS SECTION. SO WHAT DO THEY DO, THEY TOW MY HUSBANDS CAR AT THE EXPENSE THAT HE DOESNT HAVE A PERMIT BUT MINE STAYED WHEN MINE DIDNT HAVE A PERMIT. WHY? WHY ONLY TARGET HIS CAR? ANYWAYS, TONIGHT THEY TOWED MY HUSBANDS CAR AGAIN WHEN HE HAD A STICKER ALREADY AND PARKED INBETWEEN THE LINES. THEY TOWED IT FOR NO REASON AND THE WORKER OUTSIDE THAT MY HUSBAND CONFRONTED SAID HE DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED AND LEFT. WE ARE ON HOUSING AND THEY TOOK FROM US IN OUR COMPLEX LATE AT NIGHT WHEN MY HUSBAND WORKS IN THE MORINING. AND OF COURSE RIGHT BEFORE RENT IS DUE. I AM PREPARED TO TAKE LEGAL AND FAST ACTION ON THIS PLACE THAT NEEDS TO GO UNDER INVESTIGATION IMMEDIATELY. NEVER HAVE WE EVER ENCOUNTERED SOMETHING LIKE THIS BEFORE. THIS NEEDS TO BE RESOVLED IMMEDIATLELY!!!!Initial Complaint

Grizzly Towing Company is not licensed to tow cars, their licemse is expired. My car was towed on April 23, 2022 out of my apt ** ******** *** ** ******* ***The signs posted at the apt complexx are expired, the address from Donna is wrong they are now located in Weslaco. Theres no signs at the business letting us know thats their location. I went to Donna at the addres listed on the signs and even spoke to the business on the side of them. They mentioned they had moved 2 weeks from April 23rd. Its past 30 days and addresses have not been updated. I spoke to the lady and she refused to give me the correct address i had to call my apt manager and she gave me the right address. When i got there no signs are up letting us know they are grizzly towing company. I called the cops to file a report. They want cash only and were not giving anyone receipts. The cops witnessed when they said they would email is the receipt. 11 days later notjing. Now i get ignored when i call requesting my receipt. My car was wrongfully towed, my tags were on, no signs that says where we can park.im mentally drained and want this business to refund my money.
