      Love everything I have ever bought from Wild Junkie! Their customer service member even helped answer all my questions before purchasing. 10/10 recommend. They do only offer refunds via store credit but I've never had to return an item I've got from them.

      Steer clear. Horrible ownership. Seems to have her nose high in the air with extremely cheap quality items. Negligent towards customers that could be returning/lifelong. Seems she thinks the world revolves around her. Tons of other great western boutiques you can buy from. This isnt even really westernI think its just a mish mash of whatever whoever picks to order.

      Please read this before making a purchase with this company! If contemplating making a purchase with this company, may I suggest an alternative take whatever amount of money youre looking to spend with them and hold it in front of you and burn it and feel better about what you just did with your money and ordering anything from this website. Their customer service is abysmal and believe it or not I was dealing with one of the owners of the company! I really shouldve done my homework before ordering anything from this website as I see now that many other people have fallen for their same traps. If you order anything thats on sale beware because there are no returns on sale items. They wont tell you this at checkout but it is buried somewhere on their website and theyll be more than happy to send you the link to where that is once youve decided to complain about an item. Do you know when you buy a car they tell you 100 different times that if you buy it you cant return it all the way up to right before you sign the final signature on the contract? Yeah, this is the complete opposite of that, then they make you buy some insurance for your shipping without giving you an option whether you want it or not. I think these people probably make all their money from this fee. While I am all about supporting small businesses, Im also about good customer service and being able to return something when it does not meet my expectations and there was something wrong with the product I purchased.

      HORRIBLE QUALITY!!!! I purchased 3 shirts and within 2-3 hours of wearing them 2 of the 3 shirts have holes in the front on the shirt. I contacted the company and they told me they will not offer any sort of resolution. I am out $66 so far (Im sure it will be more once I wear the 3rd shirt) for shirts I wore for hours! Absolutely ridiculous. The reason for Jo ****** or exchange or ANY resolution was they are a small business and maybe when they get bigger its something they could do. So unprofessional.

      I ordered a jacket for a concert that was too small. I couldnt exchange it because I had already ordered the largest size, so I attempted to return. I had not read the return policy page prior to purchasing because I read the FAQs page which included the question Do you offer refunds? and the answer We offer both full and partial refunds. When I attempted to process my return; however, I was only given the option for store credit. I sent an email to customer service and received a reply a few hours later referring me to the return policy page which states they only offer store credit. I replied that their FAQs page indicated that they offer refunds and asked for clarification but I never heard back. After a couple days, I reached out again but still did not receive a response. I had a feeling they were ignoring me until the returns window passed, so I decided to reach out again. I checked their FAQs page so that I could reference their exact language in my email, but their page had been updated to say that they do not offer refunds. How convenient. I cannot remember the last time Ive dealt with customer service this bad. Just a completely unacceptable way to do business.

      I bought a necklace that came broken to me, I then got the ok to return the necklace for a refund or replacement. I hadn't heard anything back for over 2 weeks and kept contacting them. They then said that the necklace was more damaged and that it must've been intentionally broken and weren't going to refund me. I wasn't contacted at all about this and I dont know how it's assumed I would break something that I wanted to buy and wear. They have absolutely horrible customer service. I would not buy anything from this site.

      Awful sizing inconsistencies, poor customer service, & TERRIBLE returns process. I sent back a return that was received on May 12... I had to personally reach out to this company on May 29th inquiring why I had not heard anything from them regarding my return. (17 days)They replied back that my return had been denied & ineligible for any resolution. They never once reached out to me to tell me this. Never followed up with me, provided a courtesy email, NOTHING. They kept the top I had sent back to them and was still paying on with no intentions of reaching out to me or resolving. That is almost equivalent to theft. Not only did I pay out of pocket to return them item, I had to pay AGAIN to get the item back.Instead of talking to you like a human, they speak to you like a robot with copy and paste responses of policy. I ordered an XL size top that was so small that my 13 year old child could wear it. She is a Small-Medium. The top was so ill fitting and when I explained this to the owner, she passed right over it & reiterated policy. Their robotic specialty. I also ordered an XL top that fits way differently than the previous XL top I had bought. It's very touch and go. There are entirely too much competition in this market with other boutiques for a company to be so passive regarding their responses. I suggest reading every detail of the fine print with this company before placing an order. The whole team is only concerned about policy rather than being human.
