On December 28, 2021, I gave Mr. ******************* Of Lion Audio Texas a Pioneer Amplifier to repair. I further gave him an estimate fee and upon receiving the estimate, a 50% repair fee up front. I was told this would take several months to complete. I have had several phone conversations with ************** during which he says he is still working on it but "soon" it will be ready. For the past three weeks I have been leaving messages for him to please return my call but he won't return calls. I see he has had past trouble with this kind of thing and all I want is my amplifier returned to me repaired or not. If it is not repaired then I would like my advance payment returned.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The item was well repaired and delivered back to me in good working order. I wish to withdraw my original complaint.
