      I ordered 2 keyschains, $25 each. 2 years ago. I never received the keychains. I have sent several emails and there has been no response. According to social media, several people have the exact complaint. I want the keychains that I ordered or a refund. This is theft. The order was placed over 2 years ago and I have the confirmation email of the purchase.

      Never received product ordered, 2 for one keychains for contest refund requested multiple times only received one response from email inquiry stating they were in process and never received any further responses despite multiple attempts. I am not the only person this happened to.

      Ordered a keychain from this company in September of 2021. I have contacted company more than 3 times about this and was told they are handmade, and it takes time. Totally acceptable but he has since blocked me from social media for asking about purchase. WCC support team told me ********************* enjoys everybody asking about them, and it was "a ******* for his ego". I'm not here for all that, besides, how do you know I'm even an adult to be talking like that? Anyways, this is theft.

      I ordered this product 2 years ago, as you will see by the screenshot I sent. I have contacted the business at least 20 times over the last two years. I was told that the order was coming several times. I still have not received my order. That is the reason I didn't file a complaint with in the first year.

      I ordered a key chain on August 11th of last year. I have yet to receive it, or any communication from customer service of ********************* in the last six months. He is a con artist and has proven himself to be just like the people he claimed Ms to be different than. I want my money back

      I ordered a key chain from this business and have never recieved what I paid for. **************** has stopped responding to me and will not issue me a refund. Have enclosed original invoice and last email recieved

      Ordered a keychain for ***** after shipping. Date of purchase was September 19th 2021. We were informed that they were being handmade and it would take awhile. No problem with that. Business kept showing updates on social media. So I continued waiting. Business stated that they were starting to ship in first week of March 2022. I waited until March 22nd and messaged customer service and was told I would receive tracking information when it shipped. I also messaged them may 2nd and June 2nd with no response. I also messaged the owner via social media twice, with no response. I tried the phone number multiple times and had no response. All I want is my product I paid for. Nothing else. Please help me. Thank you. I will provide emails if needed.

      My family purchased a jacket from west coast choppers in the fall. We asked that if it didn't fit if we could return it and the shipping cost would as well be returned with the cost of the jacket. We were told yes. We did have to return it and they asked if we could send the tracking info in an email and we did. We've been waiting for the return sum of $50 for the jacket and the $12.60 it cost to ship it back now since the beginning of December. We have an extensive email trail with them and they've recently stopped responding. At this point they're stealing my money.
