On 5/03/21 Masters Autohouse completed a repair consisting of replacing catalytic converters which was determined by a check engine code. The check engine came back on with 30 minutes of driving it so I took it right back and was told to continue to drive it and it should go off. I returned to the shop a few times and was told to drive it longer distance. I returned on 7/24 to have it repaired again. The check engine light returned 2 days later. Over the course of time I communicated this information to owner Amos. Unfortunately there is now an additional code along with the original code still appearing. Thus the original problem was never resolved. The service performed did not repair the problem. I requested a second opinion on the repair and was advised the parts used were not authorized parts for ******** vehicles. Requests for a refund for services not performed properly from the business was denied. I believe the services provided were faulty since as 10/27 the car is still having issues with the parts installed.
