            Purchased a vehicle cash. Paid tax title and license and took the car. The dealership didn't transfer the title with the state or pay the taxes. They then got shut down and have not made any contact with me to get me my title or tax money back.

            Purchased a vehicle from Brian ******************* (Owner of XC Motors) back in October 2021. It is now Jan 2022 and we still have no plates or title, after remitting payment to him for it. We are now getting the runaround and being told by his brother Jeremy ********* that he's unable to contact him. According to public records, we have pulled, Brian is setting up shop in Houston under another assumed name. We are seeking legal assistance now in this matter due to payment being made and he didn't deliver the plates we have to file for bonded title. but definitely will be filing small claims for our money paid to him for TTL. He should not be allowed to get away with stealing from people. what I'm afraid of is that the title will be under a lien as the others have been that have this same complaint. Brian will not speak to anyone and I think that is just hateful and disrespectful.
