            We waited for months for our carport to be delivered. They finally called with a date and time for installation. They then came the day before the set date, at 5:45 pm, with no advance notice to us. It was important that we have notice so that knowledgeable people could be on site for the installation. The installers did shoddy work and broke the concrete pads that we had leveled for the carport. We called Infinity Carports to give them the opportunity to correct the damage done by their company. They acknowledged that their installers were supposed to come on the date set with advanced notice, but offered no resolution for the broken pads. They also acknowledged that these certain installers had had complains filed on them previously.

            An ************ to work with! These folks, from ****, the designer and contact, to ****** my scheduler and other contactor, to the hardworking contractor men, that did a wonderful job and worked hardily to get the job done and just how we wanted it. I'm so grateful that all involved made this such an easy experience. Thanks for all y'all have some! GOD Bless y'all! ??
