Back in August, the shipper delivered my new vehicle and damaged it in the process along with damaging the local golf course where the driver (who spoke no English) drove ONTO the golf course to unload the vehicle. I paid $420 for the shipment, which I had to pay due to uShip policies, but upon payment the owner (Alvaro) refused to pay for the damages to the golf course ($180) or the damages to my vehicle ($1,100). He told me for months he had filed the claim only to tell me to file it myself much later and then gave me his insurance carrier information who I called but was told by Natalie that the owner of Tanis would have to submit the claim, I am unable to submit it on my own. So I'm out $1,280 thanks to the shipping company.
