This company is attempting to collect a debt with unenforceable and frivolous means. They have emailed me a debt collection letter instead of mailing it through ** ********* ***** This letter is absent of a notice date, as well as they are demanding payment within 5 days of the date that is nowhere to be found. I have tried calling this business on several occasions and have been hung up on, placed on hold for extended periods of time, and been transferred around from one agent to another on the phone. I do not recognize this debt what so ever. They have failed to show proof of contract with my original signature or any proof at all. There constant phone calls started about a month ago, which I have tried to return unsuccessfully. Their return address on the letter they emailed me is not the address that is listed here on your website.
