I ordered two different items. One item was incorrect. the other item did not work properly. I asked how should I return these items to receive the correct one and a refund for the other via e-mail and phone. This was on November 23, 2022. Hello, I purchased two items from Hedocell.com on August 4, 2022. My order number is **************. I have requested an RMA number numerous times to return the two items that I received and have had no luck. I have called the phone number for this business and left a voicemail and have called several more times but no one answers or returns my calls. This is poor business, in my opinion, and I will never purchase from them again. I just want to return my items and get a refund.
