I purchased 2 dresses from this business at the price totaling $97.95. Before purchasing I asked if the dresses were long sleeve. The seller responded with yes they are. Upon receiving the dresses they were clearly not long sleeve. So we asked about returning the items and receiving a refund. The business responded saying that they dont accept returns and do not offer refunds. That was not told to us at anytime before nor during the purchase. We asked them to work with us to which we got the response we will be praying for you. How can you help me resolve this?Business response

I sold item to the customer thru text, she asked for no measurements, only question was if items had long sleeves to which I replied yes, she asked for a size ************************************************* my opinion and in the way the sleeve falls on my daughters wrist it is a long sleeve, I feel no refund should be issued for that reason as I feel she is just picking straws. But someone does have to be the better person, and after much consideration I apologized and told her I would be refunding her the money. Im new to the business and I honestly did fear to loose it all as she threatened to report my business. All I ask is for her name to stay on this system in case she does this to someone else. Stress is nothing fun to deal with for something that *** not even be the sellers fault. I understand that her daughter might run big on size but that does not make my boutique responsible for the customers lack of responsibility to ask for measurements before making a purchase that is final. Again I do not feel I should refund her, but I do not want to be in this situation any longer. So I will be refunding her back once I get my un damaged items back.
