Hello Friends , please stay away from these people . There are quite a few projects they left project unfinished my project is one of them . Also there are quite a few project they took money and never started. You can call Harris , Fort bend , Wharton county and you will find many cases filed against them. I have attached pictures how they left my project. I hired them on April 14 and after 9 months they left project and last 3 months they did not even come to project or communicated when they going to resume. These people are very unprofessional and goes with multiple names Texas Pergola Co , Pergola inc , Sells Co, so stay away from them. They are Fraud. Don’t hire them if you are looking for any home improvement. I wish there is option to put 0 star option. We

This company is a joke and they are liars and thieves. We hired them to pour concrete to add a new porch and to install a pergola. The construction date kept getting pushed back and back. We highered them in Sept to start work at the beginning of October. They started November 11. So they get their late to poor concrete and they're trying to set it in the dark. Which doesn't work. The next morning their are chips and cracks all in the concrete. So we call Dawn Sells and she blames the concrete so for weeks we try to get the concrete fixed. Them Sergio the subcontractor Dawn hired to pour concrete disappears. So Dawn says she'll have to pay for it but it's going to cost her $5000 dollars and she needs time to get the money. So we give her the 6 weeks she asked for. Dawn never shows up after several texts saying she would be there. Then come to find out its all supposed to be permitted and have a Windstorm certificate and it all has to be torn out. Dawn told me prior to starting that permits and windstorm certificates weren't needed after she checked with the city. So I checked her work because by now I just don't believe anything she says. According to the city you need a permit to pour concrete and a windstorm certificate for the pergola since it's going to be attached to the house oh and the post have to be set in the concrete. Everytime she was suppose to be there she wasn't and it was always an excuse. So about 3 months after the fact the concrete is still crap and cracking and we still have no pergola. Oh did I mention the entire job for concrete and pergola was 9100 dollars and we paid her all but $800 and Dawn never even installed the pergola! So she literally took our money and ghosted us. So we sue Dawn and her husband John and they never replied to the suit. They are the most irresponsible, lazy, coniving people I have ever met and if I were you I WOULD RUN!!
