I contacted Gregs towing service on 1/14/2024 to have my car towed and a deposit of $150 was given over the phone with my debit card information. 30 minutes later I called to cancel because my keys had thankfully been recovered. I am immediately called **** and let him know that I did not need his towing service any longer and he told me he would refund it my deposit. its been weeks now and *** made numerous attempts to contact you by phone and by text message even calling from different numbers in order to get a hold of him because hes no longer answering my calls. I called yesterday from a different number he did answer, and said that he refunded the amount, I kept him on the line and I checked my bank account and confirmed that he in fact had not as it wasnt showing on my statement. He said call me tomorrow and I will recheck on that so I called today, 2/8/24 and he did not pick up. I called again and he didnt get an answer. I didnt send a text message letting him know that I would pursue another avenue if he did not contact me or refund of the deposit to my account. Its evening-time now and he has not done either of those two things. He did not provide any services to me other than picking up the phone and charging my card. He promised to refund the amount to my account and has not done so. I would like a refund as it is, my money and services were provided. Gregs towing service basically stole from me.
