      June 16 I came to soho alarm and audio to get a full install. I got a quote from the staff member for 400 with accessories.June 17 Friday I dropped off the vehicle. I later that day came back at 7pm to pick up my vehicle just to find the job wasnt complete. The technician(s) stated it wasnt an easy job. From there I tested out the speaker and they sounded horrible. The speakers were picking up engine noise. We decided to reschedule for Monday to finish the job right . I then went inside my vehicle and seen that my ABS light was on then I drove off and got a warning that my ************ wasnt working so I brought the vehicle back to the shop and showed them and the staff called there manager ***** to see the issue. When ***** seen the vehicle he couldnt pin point what the issue was so we just said as before that we will do this Monday and I left June 18 Saturday I ended up dropping the vehicle off at the shop and telling the staff I would be going out of town and will pick it up Monday night. June 20 I called ***** and said he wasnt still done with the job June 21st I called ****** He said the vehicle was going to ready at 6pm and to come pick it up. My father went and nobody was at the shop.June 27 the vehicle was tow to the nearest infinity dealer.July 5 the dealer reported that the fuel tank was replaced as it was punctured during the audio sound installation. The main body wire hardness was also damaged. According to Infinity, the wire hardness was pull or yank during the audio/sounds installation. Total damages equal to $7,846.78.August 11 I met with ****************** the owner. He agreed to make payments for the damages.October 18 no payments received after multiple attempts trying to contact the owner.

      I am a resident in a building that is Federally Contracted Client of this answering service. Lousy customer service. Very rude. Should not belong to BBB.CALLED AND WAS HUNG UP ON BEFORE I could get any words out. Called early morning to report water heater explosion. Was put on hold. **** on for a while After hours Hispanic operator said., We work for doctors too. A person was coded IS THAT ALL RIGHT WITH YOU? I was astounded by the rudeness. I did not know who their customers were. I am of Latino origin myself, and I was in customer service for many years before retirement. I am hearing impaired and was treated very rudely. I have heart issues and was inappropriately reprimanded. I have NEVER in in all my years in customer services been treated as rudely as these people treated me.

      This individual was very rude. She was put on hold repeatedly because every time the operator tried to ask her for information all she would do was scream. We answer for all types of businesses and had a patient call that was taken while she was on hold in hopes that she would calm down and give the operator the information necessary to deliver her call to the appropriate party. When the operator returned to the line, the caller was even more hostile and started yelling her phone number in a very condescending manner in very broken Spanish as if to make fun of the operator. The operator is not Hispanic and took offense to her racism. Even after her call was delivered to the appropriate party she continued to call and harass the operator. She called at least 15 times. These operators should not be subject to this abuse. Most of what was mentioned in the review was taken out of context. I found it very interesting that the person who received her call knew exactly who she was when the operator mentioned the horrible experience she had with this customer.
