A nice Apartment complex or at least that is how it looked like. overpriced for what they offered and the way the maintenance manager is. I have lived in this complex for less than one year and I can tell you that is not worth spending your money here. The majority of the employees are nice and they do what they have been told to do. * ********** **** ******** ***** ** *** ***** ** *** ****** ****** ******* *** **** ** ******* Last year we got a pest control services company that came and serviced the apartments. This year the same people from the complex were the one doing the service under a different "Company" *** ***** ***** ** *** ******* ****** *** *** *********** ******* *** * ** ** *********** **** *** *** ******* **** **** **** ***** ** *********** *** *** * ********* ******* **** ******. I had problems with the parking spaces because after business hours the number of cars doesn't match the number of tenants that I can perceive. there are daily move-outs and it seems to be move-ins because more cars appear every time. They don't enforce the policies or they do only the ones that don't involve money or effort to do it. When I moved in, there was a leak in the master bathroom from the apartment next to mine that came into mine and the carpet was soak and wet. Even maintenance had to come with a vacuum to suck out the water filling the container p to 4 times, after that supposedly they fix the problem which continued at least for like 3 more months until the people from the next apartment move out. but they just went in and patched the problem apparently because my new neighbor continues to have the problem the only good thing out of this is that now is not coming my way anymore. I will suggest you honestly to find something that gives you what they offer for your money because money don't grow up in trees and we have to work for it.
