On September 8th, 2022 I dropped off my 2019 Polaris Rzr at TIMA UTV Source for repairs. I filed an insurance claim with ********************** A check for $7200.00 was mailed to me and I endorsed check to TIMA UTV source. One of the owner/ operator by name of ******* has been giving me the run around. On several different occasions she has informed me that the Rzr would be ready only to be met with false expectations. She is no longer responding to my texts messages. They have been paid buy almost a year later I still don't have my Polaris Rzr.Initial Complaint

I took my utv/can am maverick for repairs to this shop in august of 2022, i have her a month and she didnt give no updates when i told her i would pick up my property she didnt respond till next day with a picture of my car completely apart, she got a check from my insurance for ****** for the repairs, after that i would ask for updates or pictures and everytime i went shop was closed since i work out of town, she would give me excuses of waiting on parts and her health condition, after 5 months i finally decided to go pick up my vehicle and she would not let me pick up without me paying for restocking fees and for taking it apart, when she finally agreed for me to take my property without me paying the fees my car was all still in pieces when i requested for her to return it as it was, now i am missing almost ***** worth in parts that another shop wants to charge me in order to get it fixed and she has not returned the ****** she got issued from my insurance company and she returned parts that are not mine aswell that are damaged like a broken transmission, and now i get no response from her at all she has not attempted to reach out or return any money or parts that i am missing stillCustomer response
