      My vehicle has been in the repair shop since March 2024. ***************** company is not resolving the issue in a timely manner and not supplementing a rental car check. I had to take out a loan to pay for a rental because the company is prolonging the case. Keep getting the run around with no resolution. Please help. Claim number 65-316280

      I got into a car crash and my Insurance didn't send someone to inspect my car or request me to go get an estimate. The insurance just made me an offer through pictures that I sent them of my crash. My insurance also hasn't paid me.

      Full coverage in my vehicle. It was totaled in late january 2024.They have just given us the run around. Lien holder has a difficult time communicating with them. I can never get an adjuster to call me back. I have been without a vehicle since late January. Please help!

      Experienced a "hit & run" accident. Although the damage did not cripple my car, it still needed repair (body work). I filed an official police report with the city of ******, which registered to the state. When I received the official state report, I contacted the insurance company for the other car, and went thru everything they needed me to.At the end, i was told, that because the owner of the car was not present in the car at the time of the impact, ***************** Insurance will not approve the claim! What!?

       I am rejecting this response because:

      Inconsistencies of detailed, and complete factual information stated in report from ***************** Insurance company.

      1) "******************************* placed a phone call to ************ and spoke with the policyholder who advised that she was just co-signed the vehicle for her daughter and has no knowledge of this loss or who the driver may have been". ******************************* also placed a phone call to ************ in an attempt to speak with the policyholder, with no answer either from phone or text message". Who was this policyholder at ************, if you have already reached out to this policyholder at ************? Two different phone numbers and one policy holder which has apparently actually been contacted?  So the policyholder HAS been contacted even though ****** statement admits to not being able to reach the policyholder by phone, text OR mail.
      1a) Liability coverage is compulsory in the state of ********. Unless the driver was excluded on the policy contract for incidents such as this, which has not been shown, or proven by way of an official denial letter addressed to myself from the ***************** Insurance company, which I have never received.

      2) Re: Description of other driver: ****** statement regarding my description of the other driver does not mention my OTHER details about obtaining the other drivers personal description which were described to ******************************* IN DETAIL, how I obtained this information. If there is a question about this detail, Im certain the audio recording of the entire phone call during claim process will show otherwise.

      3) The phone call to me on April 16th, may have been solely to inform me that my claim was officially denied. Even though I may not have answered that specific call, I had already been informed by ****** that my claim was being denied by **** Insurance on the same day I actually made the report, due to a ***************** "policy",  "unless the policyholder was willing to cooperate with the incident, the claim would be denied".

      4) Police report of "Vehicle #1, according to ***************** statement is  stated as "unknown".  State of *************** Report clearly shows the vehicle type" Make: CADI, Model: ESC, Body Type: 4D, Color: BLU, Year: 2006
           4a) CO LICENSE PLATE: ******   VIN: *****************

      *********************** statement states there was no identification information of the other driver given to the police officer whom filed the report. That information in regard to the identification of the other driver WAS given to the police at the time of the original report. I vividly remember writing it out on the hood of my car.

      6) I notice the policy expiration date of this coverage ends on May 30, 2024.... Seems a bit too convenient.

      I filed a claim for a vehicle accident back in February, they claimed my vehicle a total loss and stated they would pick up my vehicle to proceed with the claim. They never came for my vehicle I have been calling and trying to get in contact with them for the past 3 months so they can pick up my vehicle to proceed with the claim but I am getting no answers or call backs. I really need my vehicle to be picked up and proceed with the claim.

      On February 25th, I had a customer of ***************** ********************** total my horse trailer. To do this, he drove through two bar ditches, a creek and two fences. ***************** is refusing to pay out my claim on my trailer. They are no longer answer phone calls or text messages. Everytime I do get to speak with someone they blame it on someone else and then it takes two weeks to get ahold of someone only to get another excuse. I have provided all information necessary and need to move forward with my life. This company should be shut down.

      I have a insurance claim against *****************. My car has been ready and repaired for weeks now, but ***************** does not want to finish paying for the correct labor rates so my car can be released. I have tried contacting everyone possible, but ***************** is refusing to pay correctly for cost of repairs that are universal and standard. ***************** needs to send final payment for repairs but is declining to correct their estimate for labor rates.

      Hello. On February 25, 2024, in the parking lot of my house, a neighbors car drove into my parked car. Bumper cracked. I contacted the insurance company that caused the accident, ***************** Insurance. The insurance company said to find a body shop and leave the car for damage assessment and repairs. I found the ********************** body shop on social media and reached out to them. They parked the car. And after some time, the insurance company sent me a check for repairs of $723. I sent $360 to the body shop so they could start repairing the car. But they told me that this money was not enough for repairs. And they wrote a check to the insurance company for $4,500. The insurance company refused to pay and offered two options to choose from: they take the car to auction and pay me $3,300 for the car, or I take the car for myself and they pay me $1,200. I decided to keep the car. And when I wanted to pick up my car from the ********************** body shop. Bodyshop refused to return my car. They said I had to pay $11,000. For 30 days of parking. I called the police, they didn't help either. There were no agreements, agreements or contracts for storing the car. And I parked the car at the request of ***************** Insurance, and not at my own request. ***************** insurance responded that they would not pay that kind of money for parking. Then I told the insurance company to take the car to auction and pay me $3,300. As a result, the insurance company replied that we also could not pick up the car because the price for parking was high. I am the injured party. And in the end I was left without money and a car. Neither the ********************** body shop nor ***************** Insurance want to solve the problem. There are no compromises.        I am rejecting this response because:
      ***************** Insurance gave a choice of two options. They take the car to the auction and pay me $3,200 or they leave the car to me and pay me $1,200. I first chose to keep the car. And I'll take a check for $1200. I went to the bodyshop to pick up the car, but they refused to give it to me. By law, I have 30 days to change my decision. I called the insurance company and told me that I wanted to leave the car for them and pick up $3,200. However, the insurance company said that this option no longer exists, as they will not pay for the storage of the car. I shouldn't be concerned about the fact that they can't pick up the car. They have to pay me the cost of my car. Not to mention that they valued it below the market value. And for that kind of money, I can't buy myself the same car. Why the insurance company changes its offers, how it benefits it.
