Good morning, I have provide all of the information that was required, I did report the accident when I was in ******,, Please see below for proof. I was traveling with a 8 moth old baby, and *************** was hot. I have sent you all the pictures of the car and the estimate to fix my car. I was contacted by ************************* insurance company and I was told that you guys will contact me I did file a claim see below. No one from your office contacted me. Im still waiting for somebody to contact me ***************, I bought insurance and now I cant get anyone to call me or answer the phone, why?I have called and sent ******* messages via email and voicemail . The accident happened six months ago. I need to fix my car, I dont know what else to do. I contacted the insurance company when I was in ******.Do not blame me for this mess, Im the customer. You guy have a file of pictures of my truck and my ID, but if you need more copies please let me know. And Why do you need a photo of my ID?I need to fix my truck, this accident happened 6 months ago.Business response

You contacted me to complain about a "declined" claim from an Insurance Co.
* I did NOT write this policy, your policy
* I have NO idea who you are. You are NOT my customer.
* I did you a favor by contracting the insurance company about your complaint.
* I had them recontact you, as a courtesy and professional, though I have NOTHING to do with this policy, your claim, or your problems with them
* As I understand it, your Claim was DENIED, for reasons you already know
* Go BACK to the Insurance Agency who wrote this policy for you and complain
* DON'T contact me again and complain to the BBB when it was I and only I who tried to assist you
* You need to go to the ****** **** of Insurance and find out where you can file a complaint
* Don't bother again to contact me regarding this. I have NO authority to settle claims.
* I don't know this for a fact, but it appears they have already told you what they will or will NOT do regarding this claim. They are the largest insurance company in the world. I have personally dealt with them for many years. They are not in the habit of denying legitimate claims. They would not be in business if they did. They have never denied one of my customers claims that were not legit.
Good luck, in the future, contact the Insurance Company or the Insurance Agent/Agency who sold you the policy directly.

I'm sorry for the delay, I have not got my claim approved.
My truck still sitting in the driveway, and it needs to be fix.
I bought Chubb insurance to travel to ******.
My claim is C-219937
I need some help, customers buy travel insurance and we expect a service.
Chubb insurance leadership should take a second and help its customes.
