      From 2/23/2024 to 3/29/2024 - this business promised to find, secure and ship the requested car rims for my car - they said they found in **********. After many texts back and forth with *** the sales rep - he finally ran out of time and promises for producing the rims.*** knew if he didn't produce the rims, I would want a full refund of $460.00. Now the business website phone and ***'s phone - the phone company says, are disconnected. A famous way of avoiding unpleasant dealings, or paying back money. I will download a WORD (doc) which contains a FULL TEXT messaging between Rob and I for the dates above. I also will upload another smaller doc... which explains that I have many saved e-mails FROM ROB - From me to *** and involving ******.. who processed my initial payment.

      The **** (.doc) information file above, contains 28 pages of e-mails exchanged between *** at Supreme Auto Parts in *******, ***** - and myself and ******, who processed the extraction of money from my ************ account for the payment of the invoice submitted by her.

      I need a part for car but the **** dealer told me that that part was discontinued and they suggested I search online for a salvage company .I have been searching the internet since January 2024 looking for this part which is heater core housing for my 06 **** fusion .On march 14th 2024 I was contacted via text message by this person who said is name was ************************* and he was from Supreme Auto Parts and he went on to tell me he had the part I was searching for to fit my 06 **** fusion .He further stated that he would need my car VIN number to further confirm that the part would fit so I sent him my car VIN number and he texted me back around 30 minutes later and expressed to me that the part he had was a perfect fit because it came from a car that is the same year and model as mine . I told him to send me photos of the part so he sent a few pictures and told me what the price is which was $****** which would include shipping . I agreed to purchase the part for $ ****** so he texted me an invoice with a link to make the payment so I used my credit card to make the purchase that same day Thursday march 14th 2024. he told me as soon as he received the payment he would ship the part the next day and provided me with tracking information .The next day I never heard from him neither did I received any tracking information so I decided to call and send him text messages asking why he never ship ,he again said he would ship tomorrow but am yet to get shipping information or even heard from him . I texted 3 day ago and told him I need for him to refund my money he said he would but I still haven't heard from him and when I called his number no one pick up which I did several times . I have spoken to my credit card company let them know what is going they told me they are doing investigation and would get back to me in 10 business days or 30 days . I am bringing issue to the BBB hoping to get a resolution
