      I ordered a pair of boots via debit card and received them only to be too big. I returned them and opted for store credit to only receive second pair of boots that did not fit either. So I decided I would just wait and get a pair next time I'm in *** or ** thinking I could just get a refund. Upon calling customer service and speaking with ******, I was told I could not receive a refund in my original payment, only a store credit. No where online does it warn the buyer of this bait and switch transaction. ****** learned but online shoppers=BUYER BEWARE!

      Historically satisfied with Lucchese products and services. But their service is now unacceptable. Placed an order for boots and belt with *** overnight charge of $50+ dollars. Was charged $1K, and I havent received any email confirmation they are fulfilling the order. I have an account, and all other purchases included a notification emails. That is the point of the account btw. Not this time. Furthermore, what is the point of paying express shipping at over $50 if the order isnt going to arrive for 4-5+ days as result of not fulfilling the order? That of course assumes it arrives at all. I could live with slow fulfillment if I could at least reach someone at customer support to confirm you are working on something since you just took my money. Several attempts to reach customer support went either unanswered or disconnected. Sent to VM during business hours? Still no call back? Super easy to speak to someone about a purchase, but a whole other thing to talk to someone about an order issue. I am sure they will suddenly ship the order at some point despite me already asking for a refund via written communication. I will be returning the whole order as a result of the service experience and be undoubtedly be out the $50 for the *** fee. Will be my last attempt to patronize Lucchese. Like the products, but there is no physical store in *******, and ordering direct from their website is an extremely poor consumer experience.

      I have about 10 pairs of Lucchese boots, some are great some are average. I ordered a new pair off their website in April. Upon arrival, they sent the wrong boots. I was going to wear the new boots on a trip in May so I reached out for a resolution. I didn't receive one so I decided to return the WRONG PAIR OF BOOTS they sent me. They agreed but one of their customer service agents said they would not refund the express shipping I paid. You send the WRONG PAIR and you want me to eat the cost of your mistake? After letting them know I was done with Lucchese they had a change of mind and decided in a less than gracious way that they would refund the full amount. A $500.00 pair of boots and you've alienated a good customer for life over $30.00? Fast forward, the return was accepted on May 6th and they told me the refund would be complete in 5 days. Well, nothing so far. I went ahead and filed a dispute with **** and soon afterwards received an email from Lucchese that the full amount was refunded... NOPE! I'm letting **** deal with it as everything is documented in emails from Lucchese and *****. I am walking away from Lucchese because they don't seem to have their act together with customer service.
