On February 9, 2022, my daughter reported that worker ****** has been pinching her. On February 11, 2022 police were contacted about the situation because on February 10 the police non emergency was not answering. Police went to the Daycare to ask questions. The daycare owner, in response to the situation told my family we have a week to get out. That Monday, Februray 14, my spouse and I had a meeting with the director in which she said we could stay but she cant afford to get rid of the worker thats hurting my children. We agreed that no incident like that should be happening and we stayed due to other daycares not having space for my kids. Now, on February 23, im being told that i have to leave the daycare again due to the kids misbehaving. Every day since the incident on February 9, ive been asking if my children have been behaving and worker ****** tells me they have. Worker ****** tells the director and manager ******* that they havent. When i asked ******* today about their policy on misbehaving children, she said they notify parents which i have not been notified, on the contrary, my kids have been behaving according to ******. I expressed to ******* that it isnt fair nor right for them to be kicking us out due to miscommunication on the worker of the daycare and they should be following policy.
