************************* and his crew are nice people, however they did SO MANY THINGS HORRIBLY that its impossible to list them all. First, they poured a concrete slab for our garage project and Tuff Shed could not complete the project on the day intended because the concrete WAS NOT EVEN SQUARE! It wasnt even close! Brandens crew had to cut the slab, put in a new form and rebar to fix it. This set us back several days while walls lay in our yard. The concrete pushed the electrical work my husband did underground so it was no longer usable. They poured two other concrete forms for us and one was fine. The other one had a very poorly designed ramp and cracked in four places the first day. I made them lay forms and redo it the way I wanted in the first place. This slab had 3 drains (1 inside and 2 outside). I gave ******* and his chosen plumbed the floor plan of the greenhouse I had purchased to go on the slab. It had very clear dimensions and I explained where I wanted the 2 exterior drains CENTERED from the drawing. They are not even close to center! Brandens friend, ******************************** was the plumber. I would not hire him either. Today I cleaned the installed greenhouse for the first time before its even been used (just from dirt getting in from heavy rains). After 10 minutes it HAD NOT DRAINED AT ALL and the grading was completely wrong. They also did flagstone concurrently with the other jobs. The concrete was NOT level or as requested. The way they threw the rocks back was totally uneven and messy. I NEVER give bad reviews. I usually just deal with poor quality but this was so AWFUL that I had to help potential future customers who may read this. After 5 years+ of being in business, you would think there would be more than one review (before mine). Thats also a tell. I sent them both a text with pictures and video. I havent heard back from either one of them. Hardly professional. HORRIBLE is a harsh but totally accurate in this case.
