We made a deal for granite in our kitchen and work started in October 15 2020. Poor work on the granite chipped parts, wrong cuts, just bad work. I met the owner ****** he came to my house few weeks later he said this and that and nothing. I even went to the work site to select other granite and he never showed up. Lately the sink is loose they used wood screws and I sent ****** a text message no reply missed one call and I went to main company the other day and ****** was not there I told the lady there what has happened and they haven't contacted me yet. On the visit ****** had mentioned if we had bought better granite maybe it would have been better work so I say O you only help the expensive work.Business response

As a company we strive to provide the best quality and customer service possible. We immediately sent one of our representatives to take care of any repairs needed at **** *** ** on 4/14/2022 as soon as it was brought to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to the customer and rest assured we did not intend to provide poor customer service. Customer ******* ******* has signed a client acceptance form on 4/14/22 (attached to this response) in which he accepts the job was done to his satisfaction. Thank you.
