Date of trans-2/22/20 Amount-$800+ Date of party-5/8/21 Due to COVID we had to reschedule the quince to 5/28/22. I also lost my mom on 7/20 which was also reason to reschedule. Change was done by phone on 10/29/20 spoke to a lady ****. So at no time did the lady reject to this change by phone. She said the change was done and never specified that everything had to be done in person. My sister in law has been giving installment payments by phone. So now because of financial issues we had to cancel the party. We are asking to please allow us to transfer the amount to another girl. Were not asking for money back, just for them to understand and cooperate because of this pandemic that continues. We try talking to them and all they do is speak over us and not let us explain. Again, we just want them to allow us to transfer to a different relative.
