      2/2/24, Been unable to reach them for several days now. Too long phone wait lines. Via chat, says 10 min wait and less than 10 min, you get disconnected and it has the nerve to tell you that you, the customer disconnected. Had to send an email so will see what happens.I have been unable to log into my account for over a week now. When searching online as to why, I find nothing in reference to customer's accounts being down and nothing about their website not working. It's not my computer. Company needs to do something.Would be giving zero stars if I were allowed.

      There appear to be costly rolling blackouts, amounting to freezer food loss and, specific to the Belvidere and Coronado Country Club area; whereas other surrounding areas are unaffected. This is the third year where the hour's of failure seem to he scheduled between 6:15 pm -2:50am. This is unacceptable because in addition, I am on a full time oxygen delivery system, 24 hours a day, 7 day's a week. I can't afford power failures. When I called to address the situation, the representative stated I should go to the ER when I need to because "It may take a while." I then responded with, "okay, let me have the financially responsible partys name at EP Electric so the hospital can send THEM the bill." I would like to know why this specific area is targeted.

      Not able to get in contact with the company been trying for months! Currently working out of town my lights were cut off while my family there. Called emergency number was met with attitude of how they answer phones but yet my call wasn’t answered neither is the number the same for her to try telling they always answer. Upon asking what else I can do to try getting my lights on before my food and everything is go bad and no one willing to help me. Just as fast as they had someone turn them off they should be able to turn them on this wasn’t my fault!

      Worse company. Won't answer calls or take care of issues if I could choose another company I would.

      We reached out to the customer and addressed their concern. We explained the process we go through in order to ensure our equipment in the field is working properly. If the customer has any further concerns or questions, our customer service team is available to assist further.

      These fees you charge are ridiculous, and with you being the only company in El Paso no wonder you don't care about anything because you know we don't have a choice. What I do not agree with on top of all that is forcing us to stay connected to your grid and still charging us a minimum fee regardless of anything. I want noting to do with you or your fees. Forcing us to be our ******** electric company is so wrong, give us the option to get off your grid or only charge us if we use your grid, don't be charging us a minimum $30 fee.
