Unprofessional and unorganized, with a lack of basic communication skills, empathy, and understanding. The worst customer service that Ive ever experienced. I was charged $135 for an extra month because he failed to let me know my Removal order was ready. He said a refund would be issued once I sent in the device. Being unorganized , He had no way for me to send the device, so I paid out of pocket. I made sure the device got to him safely, not only for him to say he wouldnt issue me the refund,.. but he was going to charge me $800, (the price of a new machine) , for a few scratches that were on the machine. When I mailed that machine, it worked perfectly fine. If there were scratches it was normal wear and tear. The audacity of this man to try to charge me $800 for a couple of scratches, now he has had the machine for a while and he continues to bill me $135 a month.
