      We brought our projector to H31**3737323837383733H for them to fix it for us back on July 19th. It&#**;s worth approximately $1,000. They said it needed a particular chip replaced and said we would need to pay $90 for that chip upfront which we did. The payment invoice is attached. They initially said that they ordered the correct chip but received the wrong one. So they said that they would order another chip, but that this one would come from *****. It was supposed to have arrived last week on Tuesday and so the projector should have been fixed last week. However, now that I&#**;m calling to check on the projector, the business profile online says it&#**;s temporarily closed. I&#**;ve called numerous times and haven&#**;t been able to leave a message because the mailbox is full. I&#**;ve also attempted to email them and have heard back nothing that way either. They&#**;ve had our projector for almost two months and now we&#**;re wondering if we&#**;re even going to get it back, fixed or not fixed. We would appreciate your help. Thank you.

      I have still not been able to contact TechFix. The phone number is now disconnected and I've still not heard from them via email either. There was a day that I decided to drive to the TechFix location and I saw that the business was closed and had a note on the door that they had not been paying rent and thus the property management company locked the doors until the matter is resolved. I called the property management company at ************ (Quadrant ******* LP Management) but they said they couldn't allow me to go inside to get our projector and they didn't know when things would get resolved, saying that it could still be a number of months. I have also reached out to the legal office at ********** to get some legal advice regarding this situation.

      Do not want to honor life time warranty on a repair. IPhone 11 screen was replaced March 2019, repaired initiated on Zarogoza street location that is no longer in service. However the repaired was done at ********************* location. The phone screen is no longer working. 8/31/21 I went to the ********************* store and they said the could not find me in the system that they needed the receipt. I found the receipt and went to the store on 9/2/21,. The manager viewed the receipt and he registered me on their system. He said they no longer provide lifetime warranty but ******** location used to do it so that's why he was going to honor the warranty. He took the phone and he said he was going to get the part to fix it. He took the old receipt and gave me a new one indicating that I owed nothing. Now I went on 9/11/21 and they said they need the old receipt, they denied that they took it. I have the new receipt. I have a copy a their report when they took the phone because of warranty.
