Work started in May, assured rubble would be removed at the end..it's now September and it has not been picked up. Contacted owner of business multiple times, made appointments and waited..did not show up. Doe not answer or return calls unless you use a different number. Did a mediocre job at patching wall as well as replacing a fence pole. Assured to remove a rock sticking out of the wall when removing another wall..then retracted statement..cannot remove because of additional work. Did not start from bottom of wall to patch. Patch over grass and rocks in front of the walls needing to be patched. Said he would make a small wall around trees with excess rocks but then said there was no more time. Does not arrive on time or prepared. Constantly leaving during work to get more supplies he initially arrived late in the morning for. All I want is for the business to come pick up the rubble he wrote on the contract he would pick up without being stood up. Then never want to do business with them again.

All American chain link fence company contacted me after I submitted the claim to you.  They finally came out and picked up the ton of rubble they left behind. They did not take care of anything else. They wanted to make a second trip for the rubble and I explained to them I did not want to deal with them anymore. They left very little rubble behind and I will not be doing business with them again.

In November 2021 I hired All American Chain link , ************* to install a chain link fence in ********* **. I explain to him that property was surveyed and that it needed to be install along properly line. He asked if there where corners, doors involved and I said n, just straight on property line. He showed up 2 days later than promised, and his workers removed 1/2 of the spikes that surveying company had put along property line, installing poles a few inches to a foot into other property. I had to stop the job as per the other owner since we now didnt know exactly where the property line was. property was sold and new owner wanted a fence. I stop the work till I got **************** company out to do the survey again. I contact All American Chain Link to come out and finish job and he requested 1/2 of the remainder of what was still owed to him. That was not the agreement. Total amount is $6800 for 380 feet of chain link fence. $2800 at beginning and balance when job is done. I have several text in which he has stated that with out the the other 1/2 of balance Money he will not finish the job. Closing on the house is the 17th of December and he was hired almost 6 weeks ago. My neighbors are upset that they cannot sell their home, because of this contract, who is holding off till he gets more money to finish. I need your help to clear this matter as soon as possible. He did leave about 150 feet of fence material on property, and I asked him to notify me when he will start job again, but that I want to be there to make sure its done correctly. I also told him that if finished the job last week Dec-****th I would charge him the $400 for second Survey. I will be charging him for it now since he is not cooperating. He know the urgency in sell the home and the closing date , and reason behind requesting more $$ money . I am out of town for the moment and I dont have contract with me . I can send later
