They scheduled a personal training session for me without my consent/knowledge. Scheduled it for the middle of the work day. I just got an email confirming my appointment, that I couldnt cancel over the phone. Then they started texting marketing and sales texts to my mom, who doesnt even live in *****. We have ******* cell phone numbers so there is no legitimate way they got her information other than the fact she was my emergency contact. ********** ******* ********* ******** ** ****** *****.Review from Timothy T

***** **** * **** ** * ***** I signed up on the pretense that I could start my membership for $1 and cancel anytime with 30 days. I cancelled my membership day 2 and was informed I would be charge the next month fees because I have to give 30 days notice of cancellation. Then on month 2 I was charged an annual membership fee of $82. Be aware of what you sign!Review from Haydee V

I went in person to the Gym to cancel my membership on May 31st. The front desk girl told me that it was good to go and now I needed to email my military orders to confirm why I was cancelling. Its been almost two months now and they have yet to respond and I am still being charged for this service. I am very upset because I never even got a reply from them and not even a call.Review from Iris Q

Poor customer service. Continued charges and annual fees despite the annual contract concluded. This method is dishonest, especially since there was never any explanation or consent to proceed with these fees. Previous GM had reported cancellation of membership yet here we are a year later with continued issues. Presented an issue stemming from a different city and the GM did not take the time to find a solution. It is a headache to deal with this company. I will advise everyone to never do business with this company.Review from Tori J

After my year membership, per the businesses contract, in person or 30 day written notice for cancellation, I went into the facility in July to cancel my membership which was up in August. Good afternoon,
The corporate office did receive a letter to cancel your Personal Training Contract only in September of 2020. This agreement was still within the 3 Day Recession and had been canceled. The membership could not be canceled due to the agreement already passing the 3 day mark. I am reviewing notations and this was also explained. As a courtesy, I have waived the balance and cancelled the account.

I tried cancelling multiple times by going in person months before my contract ended, making phone calls months before, but I always got the "call back when a manager is here" or "you have to come in person". I was told by an employee there to text them and they would confirm my contract is cancelled and they did. Yet, I still get billed monthly after my contract was done. Makes no sense. I do not recommend this gym, as they are not pleasant to work with. One employee got rude and upset with me for no reason as I was just asking questions about the contract. They make it impossible to cancel for you...*************************************************************** ************ Instead of attempting to come up with a solution to a problem, they created more issues. Please do not go to this gym and do not fall for their contract trap. They verbally tell you at the beginning that after your contract ends that's it, but they keep you on a month to month after that. They don't mention that!!!
