This funeral home has provided us with the worst service from beginning to end. It has been a nightmare trying to handle my dad's funeral and it shouldn't be like this in a time of grieving. From the beginning, they wouldn't return our call to set up the funeral that they had said would be able to done by the following Tuesday. It was Wednesday when we finally got a hold of someone, but even then, we got little to no answers as we were from out of town and this was apparently foreign to them. They wouldn't send us any paperwork to fill out and wanted us to be there in person. We live 14 hours away. When we finally got them to send some paperwork over, it still was a nightmare. The funeral date got set up, but the obituary hadn't been posted despite me sending it days ahead of the funeral. He assured us it would be posted before the funeral. The funeral date and time came up and it had yet to be posted. I messaged him and he finally posted it after the funeral had already started, meaning no one was able to see the obituary prior to the service. Cremation took a long time. This was stated before paying for the service, but after the 6 weeks, we still hadn't received any calls. We had to continuously call and go back and forth on when we would receive the ashes or when we could have them sent to us. My father died July 23rd. We just barely have received the ashes. We ordered death certificates to be sent to us, his children and paid for them. They were first sent to the wrong address and mailed back to them, so they assured us that they would ship them out to us. *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *************************************************************** ******************************************************* *************************************************************** ******************** We have yet to receive the death certificates. This experience has been the worst experience ever. They may be cheaper than others, but it is not worth it to go here. I hope others don't make the same mistake we did.
