    I bought a South Shore Cosmos Full Bed on March 29, 2023, from the ************** Exchange website for my nephew's birthday. I received notification on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at 11:03:16 PM that the bed shipped to my sister's address in *****, **. I also paid for the handy service to have the bed put together professionally, so when the bed finally arrived, we had to return it because it was damaged. I submitted a request with the Affes for a replacement. The replacement shipped on Friday, April 28, 2023. **************** came out on May 7th to put the replacement together. Ultimately, he found out that the drawers the company sent did not fit the bed. I filed a claim with the Affes to replace the drawers.Then, after several of their attempts, I started the trend of having the drawers replaced since. We sent countless pictures of the bed and pieces of the bed because they claim to need an SKU number or some to send a replacement. We finally sent a copy of the book with the production code, but we were still told it wasn't enough information. Now the bed is broken. I called today to have it replaced. I was told they can't replace the bed. I asked for a supervisor, but one is not available. In the meantime, my nephew is sleeping on the floor, and he hasn't had a complete bed since I bought it. This is the worst business I have dealt with in my ***************************************************************************************** months.

    I thought I bought a NEW sofa made in Thailand as stated on South Shore furnitures website. Came in 2 boxes looked like they were eaten by rats. The label says MADE IN CHINA. Manufactured April 2021. This sofa was sitting in a warehouse for 2years. ***** * ********* **** **** ****** *** **** *** **** ** ****** ** *********** ********** **** **** **** ***** **** ** * ********. After setting up the sofa I saw the irregularities. Strap marks indentation, loose fabric, stains. **** **** * ******** ******** * ***** *** **** **** **. SSF offered to replace the sofa. Told me to donate the old sofa to a charity. I was very concerned not to get another sofa made in China sitting in a warehouse 2 years. I was promised that I will not see the label made in China on the boxes. I was assured that I will not see strap marks on the new sofa. I was told that this will be a new model carefully inspect by the warehouse, carefully packaged. I BELIEVED THE PROMISE. I was so excited when the boxes finally arrived. The nightmare all over. One box had a big oil stain covered up with layers of tape. The ***** driver opened the box. There was about an inch of motor oil sitting inside the box. Send the box back. Going back-and-forth with the company to send out a replacement piece. They waited to receive the return at the warehouse first before sending out a replacement. You think that they would send one out overnight Xpress to accommodate me. Instead, they send it out by truck. Why did I receive another sofa made two years ago in China. They send me a replacement that was just as bad as my first sofa. SSF should be held responsible for false advertisement, stating to be made in Thailand, and yet the boxes are labeled made in China. ************************************************************************************************************************************************** I don’t want to return this sofa for a refund. I want a sofa which was promised to me. Made in Thailand

    We believe South Shore has done everything possible to assist the customer in this matter. South shore provided 2 compensation gift cards after small imperfections were found by the customer on the unit (strap marks that would disappear with time on the cushions), even if the sofa was fully inspected in 2 different warehouses. South Shore ended up replacing the sofa 2 times. South Shore also sent a tasker at its expense to install the unit at the customer’s home. Since the customer was not satisfied after the second replacement and wanted the unit replaced a third time, Shore offered a full refund since the purchase was made through **** ***** and was now outside their 30-day return policy. South Shore asked the customer to provide a copy of the invoice from **** ***** to proceed. South Shore would then refund in full once the unit is picked up by FedEx carrier and back to our facility. Ms. ******** denied this option two times. This solution is still valid on our end if Ms. ******** accepts the resolution. Unfortunately, we believe that the South Shore sofa is not what the customer expected and recommend accepting a full refund.

    I bought a sofa which was to be made in Thailand. I bought a brand new sofa, not a sofa, which sat two years in a warehouse. That sofa was disgusting when it arrived here. The second sofa was supposed to be new one made in Thailand, carefully inspected by the warehouse. Yet when the boxes arrived, they were just as disgusting as the first one. Label reading made in China 4/21. That was not the agreement. South Shore furniture did not keep their promise. How can I trust them to return this sofa to get my money back. All I ever wanted was a sofa which said made in Thailand brand new. Is that wrong* * **** * ***** **** ******** ** **** *** *** ********** *** ***** **** **** **** *******. The inside of one box was covered in motor oil. It was south shore furniture recommendation to donate the first sofa to charity. It was their promise to send me a brand. New sofa made in Thailand. So why am not getting it. Do you think I care about the $65 gift card or a Tasker which should’ve been their responsibility anyway. No, I care for a brand new sofa made in Thailand, no strap marks, no wobbly wheels, no wrinkly material. I want what was promised to me. South shore did not replace the sofa two times. Only once. I have no clue why they made me go through all the hassles just to replace it with another made in China. I wasted so much time sitting around waiting to sort this out. * ** ** ***** *** *** *** ** **** ******* ** *** ***** * *** ** ******* **** *****. This is why I told them that just having it picked up and then having to fight for my money, it’s not an option. I like to know how they can advertise This product is made in Thailand for South Shore with Fabric and Particleboard Accessories not included.
