I am the Transaction Coordinator for the buyers of the home at *********************. The sellers of the home placed an order for a garage door for the buyers on 4/5/21. We had been receiving updates when we requested them for a while, but communication has almost completely dropped off. We have not been able to get a status update since 4/6/22. The door has been fully paid for and on 4/6 were told the door is "enroute" with no further details even after asking for more information. I have, called, texted, emailed, and left voicemails for *********************** with RAC Doors Unlimited a countless amount of times. I have also had other members of our staff reach out with no success. We need to know what the *** for the door is and receive regular updates moving forward. Waiting a year and a half for a garage door, even with recent supply chain issues, is excessive.Initial Complaint

On November 26, 2021 I placed an order for custom garage doors for my home. I gave *********************** a deposit of $4469.00 in order for him to place the order and install the doors. I was told that it would be a lengthy process but my doors should installed by April 2022. ***** came and went and I did not hear back from the company or the companies owner. I took it upon myself to reach out to them and I have been getting numerous delivery dates that are constantly changing. I have no confidence that they have even placed the order. As far as I am concerned my money has been stolen. I have reached out to request a return of my funds and I have not heard back from them. I only require that they return what they took from me.Customer response

Paid an $850 deposit for a new garage door in August 18, 2021 and still have not received it (April 2022). I asked for a refund and he refused. Went on Next-door App to warn others and several people are saying he has done the same to them for even bigger refunds and longer waits. I have pictures on my phone of our text exchange where he would always say the door is coming next month.
