      On January 17, 2022 I hired *****************************, owner of Fares Construction to do *******. He charged me $11,560.00. Then he charged me an additional $2,950.00 to do the sun room roof. Ever since he finished his job I experience a lot of leaks which he came down and according to him fixed. This has been an ongoing issue. I also had a lot of shingles blow off with the wind which he charged me $400.00 on 2 separate occasions. I called on text him on September of 2023 and advised him that had more leaks inside the home. He advised me that he would stop by. He never showed up and told us that he was real sick, but would take care of it. This is a family business , his son was the one who did the roof. Up to this date January 9, **** I have yet to hear from him. I want to be compensated financially he made a complete mess of *******.

      Buenas tardes, el senor ******************************* si es mi cliente, si le hice algunas reparaciones al techo de su casa como el dice en su reclamo, pero, como el mismo lo dijo tuvo algunos problemas de goteras , no por*** estuviera mal hecho el trabajo, si no por*** el techo *** tiene en el area *** repare es un techo plano y en ***s fechas llovio demasiado y las vigas del techo plano no soportaron tanto peso del agua y se pandeo con ese peso, asi *** cuando el senor ******* me contacto respondi y acudi inmediatamente a reparar cualquier problema, acordamos las dos partes el modo y proceso de la reparacion y asi se realizo ***dando muy contento el senor *******, despues volvio a llover y tuvo otrs gotera en la union del techo cual le repare en la union del techo plano con la zona donde se pega a la paredes de siding, asi mismo me senalo una parte del techo con shingles *** es un ***** y se le metia el agua por ahi y le hice nuevo todo el ***** aun*** ya *** no era mi labor pues *** zona no fui yo quien le cambio el techo en ese lugar pero aun asi lo hice ya *** me dijo *** por eso el repararia el water damage del interior y yo accedi de buena manera, tambien al mismo tiempo le puse stuco nuevo sobre el tiro de la chimenea sin hacerle ****** cargo economico aun*** tampoco estaba en el contrato, cabe destacar *** alguien , otro contratista ya le habia cambiado el techo completo anteriormente y no le ***do bien instalado, pero en eso yo no tengo nada *** ver, lo menciono por*** es en toda la casa donde yo no hice o realice ****** trabajo , donse se estan volando los shingles, dicho de paso si, me pago en otra ocacion por cambiar algunos shingles *** se le danaron alguna vez con el aire, pero volvio a hablarme haciendome responsable del shingle *** el aire le esta volando y yo le dije *** yo no era responsable por*** yo no le cambie todo el techo solo le hice reparaciones en una zona muy especifica y asi es.

      No soy responsable de los eventos o d***stres climatologicos como son:

      1.- El GRANIZO

      2.-EL AIRE A VELOCIDADES MAYORES A 50 millas por hora.

      Su aseguranza es quien responde por esos d***stres naturales.

      La compania *** le hizo el cambio completo del techo es a quien el Senor ******* debe dirigirse por una garantia.

      Yo estoy en la mejor disposicion de ayudarle en un reclamo a su aseguranza.

      Si yo le le cambio el techo completo en su casa, entonces si le doy mi absoluta garantia, de otro modo es muy dificil *** yo pueda responder por d***tres naturales como los ventarrones de **** pasados y o por trabajo de instalacion de techo en su casa *** yo no hice.

       I am rejecting this response because :   I am rejecting his response because he did not do repairs for me.  He installed a new roof on half of my home.  It immediately started to leak and damage the inside of my home.  He would come and check and just did some minor repairs but the leaks continued.  I have his messages and photos of the damages.  If he couldn't do the job then he shouldn't have taken it.  I have an estimate from a new roofer and he is charging me *********.  He said that ******* is a mess.  I can send you the emails and photos if you give me a couple more days to send them to you.  Thank you

      Buenos ***** yo, *****************************, personalmente asisti al ****************** con las reparaciones pertinentes en su casa y techo, si, el pago por unas reparaciones de techo en su casa y es lo que se le hizo, despues el ****************** demando mas trabajo en areas que no fueron pactadas ni tratadas y aun asi le volvi a dar el mismo servicio con amabilidad y respeto, tenemos los contratos muy especificos de las areas que se pactaron en dichos contratos, no puedo responder ni dar garantia a algo que no hice o trabajos que no ******** lo siento mucho.

      El que el ****************** pida fuera del contrato va a ser con un nuevo orden y precio.

      This business offered me a three year warranty on a roof repair. Just a couple of months after the work was done, they had to return to my house to "patch a few areas". They had to return for the same "drill" a couple more times after the first patches. The last time I called them, they said someone will come, but nobody did. I just want my roof to stop leaking, like we agreed in the beggining when I paid almost four thousand dollars to this company.

      Buenos ***** si, el ******************** pago por s****rle el techo plano de su casa en las areas donde el me dijo tenia problemas * asi se le parcho, tambien pago por el repintado de su techo * tambien se le hizo, debido a las constantes lluvias del *** pasado tubo problemas de nuevo * asi mismo se le atendio llendo a s****rle el techo a su casa * resulto un nuevo problema en una parte diferente de donde el nos indico tener problemas originalmente * de todos modos se le atendio, **** en estas pasadas lluvias tuvo otra vez el problema en el mismo lugar * *o fui a revisarle, le explique al senor ******** que ese en  lugar, cuando nosotros le s****mos, no nos dijo nada **** aun asi se lo arreglamos, cae lluvia una vez mas la semana pasada * me habla mu* ******* para que fueramos a reparar ese mismo lugar del techo por la garantia * le explique lo siguiente:

      Su techo en ese lugar necesita no parche, lo que se necesita hacer ahi es quitar *** parte del techo hasta el pl*wood * volverlo a hacer nuevo con brea caliente, si no se hace de *** manera aunque *o va*a cada vez nunca va a parar *** gotera, le dije que el no pago por ese tipo de trabajo porque logicamente el precio *a es mu* elevado,**** que *o haciendo todos los ajustes nec***rios , para brindarle un buen servicio le cargaria solo la cantidad del Labor * Materiales, siendo esta la cantidfad de $2,500.00, el se exalto * empezo a reclamar, le pedi se calmara * no se ENGANCHARA en una discucion **** el me dijo que no discutia que iba a mirar su garantia * luego me hablaba, su esposa la ***************************** me hablo al dia siguiente para preguntarme por los hechos * le vuelvo a explicar lo mismo * **** me expuso como se sentia al resprcto * trato de dominar con su opinion, entonces para hacer un acto de buena fe , *o todavia respondiendo a su urgencia * a mi garantia * responsabilidad en mi trabajo le propuse ir * s****rle *** parte otra vez por lo que me habian pagado **** con los mismos elementos que me pagaraon, solo un parche, **** la solucion para su problema era quitarle el area donde tiene problemas por completo * hacerlo nuevo **** ellos no habian pagado por hacerles el techo nuevo sino solo un parche * ese ahi esta, entonces la ***************************** me respondio que no, que si no se iba a solucionar ese problema no tenia caso que fuera, que iba a informarle a su esposo * luego que el senor ******** me hablaba por telefono.

      Y *o no he vuelto a tener noticias de ellos hasta ho* por medio de este mensaje, **** asimismo contes *o inmediatamente, explique cual es problema * la resolucion correcta, **** si no lo cambian seguiran con el problema aunque *o asista cada vez que llueva.

      I just need for the company to use better material to limit the number of visits they will make to my house to repair the same problem.
