I was impressed with the organization of the business, but not so with, with the results. The three workmen were nice enough but, but the result were not very good for $1700.00. They were here six hours at the most, but right off the bat they spent about half hour or more trying to fix the broken mixer, which they never did. They took the wheel ****** into the back and mixed the concrete in that. Two of the men were here all the time, the third was gone for quite a while. They took a lunch break which lasted about an hour or so. (including time to go get the lunch, then sit in the yard eating it.) There was very little clean up of "debris" and such. Three rocks from the fence were not put back in, instead the space was filled with concrete. I have my reservations about how long the "repair" will last. As I say for $1700.00, I expected a little more than that. This was not what I was told,nor what the forms they sent said.My Green Contractors Response

Willing to assist me even though I wasnt their customer. Had another builder but they helped me, answered all my questions and were very professional. They replaced my previous pump for me and did an excellent job.My Green Contractors Response

My husband and I recently hired My Green Contractor to design our back yard space. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. From start to finish, My Green Contractors were professional, reliable, and skilled.Firstly, very thorough during the initial consultation. They took the time to listen to our needs and vision for the project, and provided valuable input and suggestions. They also provided a detailed estimate, which was fair and transparent.Once the project began, They worked efficiently and diligently, always keeping us updated on the progress. The quality of their work was exceptional, and they paid great attention to detail. They were excellent at communicating any unexpected issues or changes that arose during the renovation process. They were proactive in finding solutions and always made sure to get our approval before proceeding with any modifications.Overall, they exceeded our expectations in terms of professionalism, craftsmanship, and communication. It was only by chance that I came upon Green Contractors, but I could not be more satisfied with their work. The entire time my rock wall was being repaired, I was kept informed of what to expect and when the workers arrived at my house. The up-to-date communication was very helpful. It's not often that you can find a good, trustworthy contractor in El Paso. ********* and his team at My Green are the exception to the rule. They really do care about their work and clients. I had a wall raised, pergola built and a 6ft gate made and installed. Each contractor was super professional and extremely nice! They always made sure to clean up any mess. I would 100% recommend my green contractors to anyone, and I have already! I would use my green contractors again in a heartbeat!
