***************************** the owner of The House of Beauty scammed me out of $1000. I went to get my extensions and color done with her for the original price of $700. She finished my hair in only 4 hours which is crazy but only because she had a client walk in for their appointment and she rushed to finish my hair. I tipped her $200 and left. A week later almost all of my extensions have fallen out. The bonds are still intact but are crumbling apart in my hair. I tell her my concerns and she says she will redo the hair with my leftover extensions for free. I dont have enough extensions for her to do it for free I would have to buy more. I ask for some sort of refund hoping I would at least get back what I tipped her but instead she says all she can give me is $100 of the $1000 I spent because she spent money and time on my hair. I tell her Ive lost almost all my hair and I tipped her $200 so how is giving me back $100 fair. She continues to blame me and the company I got the hair from even though she sent me the exact link for what hair to buy and I confirmed with her many times. I told her I would be finding legal advice and she said she looks forward to hearing from me and then proceeds to block me on everything. I post my story on my Instagram asking for help because my hair is damaged so badly and I dont know what to do. She in turn makes a video and starts trashing me and my parents saying we just want money from her and is saying because my parents are military I am spoiled and obviously going to complain. I think any normal person would be upset about spending $1000 on nice hair just for it to fall out a week later. She also lies and says the hair company wasnt willing to help me return the hair when I have an email from them saying I can return it. She waited 2 hours before deciding she would use bad hair on me. She scammed me and thats the bottom line. $100 cant even buy me an appointment to remove the rest of the crumbling extension glue. Please help.
